Create a biophilic oasis in your office with Rockfon acoustics
Another ROCKWOOL GBS office, this time located in Warsaw, has been modernised. The project was designed to provide ideal conditions for Digital/IT employees. Organic materials with acoustic properties and pastel colors create a bright and comfortable interior.
Biophilic Design and Calming Interiors for Employee Comfort
The designer combined these elements with eye-pleasing pastel colours, such as natural greens, blue sky, sea turquoise, warm sand yellow, and pastel pink. The entire space is complemented by furniture in soft upholstery. The combination of biophilic elements with pastels and pleasant-to-the-touch fabrics has created an enveloping and calming interior that has a positive effect on employees' well-being.
"There is a balance in this project. The office is not exaggerated or candy-coated. It provides employees with comfort within several senses: sight – natural, bright colors; hearing – excellent acoustics; touch and smell – structural, fragrant images of Rockfon Senses. The atmosphere here reduces stress and anxiety by creating space for quiet work," said Krzysztof Draber, interior designer at Comodo Group.

Upon entering the office, its cosiness immediately envelops you. The ceilings in the reception and corridors feature suspended Rockfon Eclipse Customised islands in pastel colors, adorned with matching LED lights. Bright walls showcase Rockfon Lamella with veneers in three natural wood colors—light oak, oak, and smoked oak—combining aesthetic appeal with exceptional sound absorption qualities. These acoustic solutions reduce unwanted noise in key areas like the entrance, reception, and conference rooms.
The office, though compact, is efficiently designed as an open-concept space divided into two parts by elegant acoustic partitions known as Rockfon Canva. These double-sided panels, suspended from the ceiling, serve both decorative and acoustic purposes.
Immersive Design Elements Improve Well-being
Rockfon Senses wall panels, crafted from pressed moss, alpine flowers, grasses, and leaves, adorn the walls, inviting tactile exploration and infusing the room with the delicate scents of forests and meadows.
To create a captivating three-dimensional effect, Rockfon Color All ceiling panels adorn the walls of smaller rooms, immersing occupants in a consistent color experience. In the large conference room, almost every inch of the wall is filled with Rockford Canva; designed to look like solidified lava. This graphic image was broken into smaller and larger pieces to achieve this affect.
